Item Details
A fine quality set of six mid-19th century Victorian dining chairs beautifully crafted in solid walnut with elegant balloon-shaped backs. Each chair features a shaped and carved top rail with foliate scroll detail and a pierced central splat, typical of the period’s refined craftsmanship.
The serpentine-fronted seats are traditionally upholstered in a warm-toned fabric standing on cabriole front legs and swept back supports. The walnut frames display a rich colour and pleasing patina developed over time.
