An antique Regency set of four mahogany dining chairs with beautifully figured bar backs, upholstered seats and elegant sabre legs. This quality set comprises four matching chairs, each with a broad curved upper back rail displaying attractive flame mahogany figuring. A narrower curved lower rail completes the open bar back design, while the gently shaped uprights continue smoothly down towards the seat. The chairs have generous upholstered seats covered in a dark brown patterned fabric. They are raised on elegant sabre legs which give the chairs their distinctive Regency profile and create a refined sense of movement.
