A fine antique quality Edwardian mahogany Sutherland table showcasing excellent craftsmanship and elegant satinwood and boxwood string inlay throughout.
The well-figured mahogany top features drop leaves with beautifully rounded ends and finely inlaid borders. When fully opened the table offers a generous surface and when closed it folds neatly to a compact size making it ideal for smaller spaces or occasional use.
Supported on elegant turned column supports and slender splayed legs united by a central stretcher, the table stands on original porcelain and brass castors, allowing for smooth movement. Its refined proportions and high-quality construction reflect the best of Edwardian furniture design.
