Antique 18th century quality burr walnut floral marquetry inlaid bombe shaped bureau having a fantastic quality large burr walnut floral marquetry inlaid bureau with a shaped fall opening to reveal a spectacular fitted interior consisting of 10 drawers, pigeon holes, bookends and a door to the centre opening to reveal a single drawer and a well with secret compartments above three bombe shaped drawers with original ornate brass handles. It stands on claw feet united by a shaped apron and a magnificent floral marquetry and mother of pearl inlay throughout this incredible two part bureau.
