19th Century Maissen Style Pedestal Comport

This is a 19th Century Maissen style pedestal comport having an oval openwork shaped dish decorated with beautiful wings and applied with trailing rose vinery. It is supported on a shaft similarly applied with flower heads and enclosed by three figures. It is raised upon an openwork base applied with elegantly designed fruit and vinery and raised on three scroll feet. This is an exceptional piece in perfect condition.
