Rare 17th century solid walnut top double gateleg table having a magnificent quality solid walnut top with two oval drop leaves standing on original pear shaped turned legs and two double gatelegs each side with pear shaped turned legs with unusual turned and square stretchers raised on small turned feet. An outstanding example of the period, very desirable colour and aged patination.
