Outstanding quality antique Victorian burr walnut marquetry inlaid credenza by Edwards & Roberts of London having an outstanding quality burr walnut breakfront shaped top above a pretty floral marquetry inlaid frieze above three doors. The centre door has an exceptional floral marquetry inlaid panel flanked by two burr walnut inlaid glazed doors opening to reveal five display shelves. Boasting top quality ornate ormolu mounts, burr walnut sides and standing on a breakfront shaped base stamped by Edwards & Robert’s A delightful example by the renowned London cabinet makers Edwards & Roberts who were among the best English antique furniture cabinet makers of the second half of the eighteenth century.
